I just realized that I've never told you guys what sets are in my collection! My collection consists of the Death Star Final Duel, Carbon Freezing Chamber, Obi-Wan's Jedi Interceptor, Duel on Naboo, Homing Spider Droid, TFA Millenium Falcon, Resistance X-Wing, Naboo Starfighter, First Order SF Tie, Y-Wing, Clone Turbo Tank, RO AT-ST, and both of the RO battle packs. Woo, that's a lot! I hope to pick up even more next weekend, because Walmart is having some great deals.

Picked up Encounter on Jakku for half off, Poe's X-Wing for $20 bucks off, and the Walmart exclusive Luke's Landspeeder yesterday. Walmart is still having great deals!

Edit: Also yesterday, I picked up Battle of Takodana for nearly half off, Director Krennic's Shuttle for about $20 off, U-Wing for like 10-15 dollars off, and Rey's Speeder for $5 off, I believe. All are very good sets and would definetly recomend all of them. Pretty good minifigures, great builds, great play features, and great sets. Still disappointed by the lack of side leg printing and usually no arm printing on these figures, as it often makes them look unfinished. While I probably could have gotten better deals on the RO sets, I'm still happy with my purchase and recomend for you to check your local Walmarts.

i went to the LEGO store yesterday and got the Bounty Hunter pack and Poe's X-wing (the orange and black one). it was hard to choose; so many cool things! very tempted to get more. i find these might be kinda therapeutic for my arthritis.

question: what do you do with these things after you've built them and played with them a while? put them back in the boxes? give them away? i enjoy building and i love the little figs, but afterwards i'm not real sure where to put them or what to do with them ~ hahaha

Well you.can always take the model apart & re build it at a later date or even try & build some thing new.but I always just liked to display the completed models.

it looks like there are a number of places you can donate your legos:
    brickrecycler.com, bricksforacure.org, brickdreams.org, playwellafrica.org.
looks like you can sell bricks, too at replaybricks.com

that's kind of nice there are organizations to send stuff to for a good cause (either for children or the environment).

Most of what I collect now is Star Wars (though I do occasionally pick up other small sets), but I still have most of my sets from when I was younger. Now, though, I mostly use the parts from these sets to build small vehicles or dioramas for my Star Wars display.

Yeah, Star Wars is one of the main themes I collect, but I do also get most of the sets from each Lego Movie, some Ninjago, Minifigures, the Modular Buildings, and some random things here and there.

There's some awesome custom Lego builds out there...

I stumbled over this Star Destroyer, which is quite a commitment to the brick...

    ...an amazing detailed Falcon cut-away...

...and how about the Empire vs. a pseudo-Watchmen Space Squid anyone?

It's nothing like the scale of the Mustafar re-creation, but this Rogue One shuttle has been really nicely done:

I wonder if I should get into collecting physical lego sets. Closest I have is having played a couple of the Lego Star Wars video games back on PS2 :/
