    I totally agree. They feel pointless and less collectible and iconic as the Funko Pops. I feel that nost of them look bad, bland, or boring. Like why does TLBM Joker have ears when he's based on a Lego minifigure?

    I've had a few status updates relating to this, but I think we should all take a minute to appreciate how fantastic these Lego Ninjago Movie sets are. There's only one set in the entire line that I don't like and even then, it's still unique looking. I feel that this (having an entire wave/theme of sets that are all great) is an impressive feat that no other Lego theme has accomplished recently, though the Winter 2017 wave of TLBM and Star Wars sets came pretty close.

    What makes these sets so great is their price per piece ratios and their uniqueness. If you're not familiar with price per piece ratios, it's basically how much each part in a set costs. Usually, you want it to be ten cents, or less, per part. TLNM has 7.5 cents per part, which leads to fantatsic deals, such as 2295 pieces for only $160 with the set on the top. Not only that, but the builds look incredible and unlike anything we've seen in Lego before. They're unconventional, in a good way, which makes them more unique. As much as I like Lego SW, with all the black/grey spaceships or remakes of older sets, it starts to feel repetitive. These sets have designs and colors that make them stand out, which make for great display pieces.

    Even if you don't like the Ninjago theme, or you don't care about the movie, you have to admit that most of them look incredible. The builds are great, the minifigures are great, and the prices are great. Personally, my three favorites (as tough as it is to choose) would have to be the Destiny's Bounty (pictured on the top), the modular building-style Ninjago City (pictured on the middle), and the fantastic looking Ninjago City Chase.     Oh my god- it's another Death Star! It's gonna be another retread- boooooo! Disney has so ruined Star Wars, the sequels suck, yadda, yadda, yadda. ;)
