    Just read a rumor that seems to confirm actor Guy Henry will play a certain Grand Moff, and a young actress named Ingvild Deila will be a young princess. Great choices if true!

    For the last 10 minutes I've continuously rewatched this ad. This little commercial has denitely filled me with hope for the Rebellion and Rogue One in general. Also, that excerpt from the film's score is simply joyous.

    I really do wonder how much "optimistic Jyn" is a product of the reshoots. I know I'm not the only one who felt her character came across differently before.

    I'd rather a cynical Han Solo-ish Jyn who becomes optimistic at the end of the movie than a Jyn who is like Tony Robbins or a Barack Obama leader throughout the movie.

    Well, we'll just have to wait and see how much of what we're overall getting.

    I think it's really weird - and, with all due respect, a bit ridiculous - to base an assumption of what a character is going to be like on a few seconds of footage seen in an ad, comprising only two lines. One of which is a snide-sounding "yes, sir", and the other is an edgy remark about how 'Xtreme' she is. The clip of her saying that "trust goes both ways" seems to be pretty consistent with that portrayal, whereas pretty much everything else we've seen with her ("Rebellions are built on hope!") looks to come after her character development. In all likelihood, this is what they had planned with her character from the beginning.

    It's the only way to make a rebel's rebel type of character, like one of Saw Gerrera's kind, anything other than one-dimensional.

    To be honest, she came across as an angsty teenager in the first trailers. I guess there is a fine line between that and a cynical Han Solo-type character.
