    Yeah, I won't be offtopic after this post anymore. Tough first time I've encountered this phenomena years ago, was with anime and asian movies, that are usualy released for Western audience with a one year (if everything with licensing and all goes well) after the domestic release. I already knew about surveys and this kind of scam and after clicking on the blog, I was surprised that it was also implemented here. But with Star Wars, it is the first time I saw the rip-off being done with movie, that can't be finished!

    Tough I remember when the Episode III was before it's premiere, one of my friends got this leak of it like 2-3 months before the premiere, some work version, with time counter in the corner of the video and not good quality.

    I just saw a post on jedinews that Daniel Craig may be a Stormtrooper in TFA. Has anyone else heard about this prior to today? I find it hard to believe, but they did shoot at Pinewood and I suppose anything is possible. But........Daniel Craig? Stormtrooper? I think that would be brilliant! ;)

    Okay now I have a question, are people still assuming flashbacks are going to be in this movie? because when I heard that rumor it bugged me because it seems so out of line with the style Star Wars had previously, especially if these next films are supposed to keep the spirit of the OT alive.

    Yeah, I've been struggling with that too. Flashbacks have never been part of Star Wars films and I'm sure JJ Abrams is going to want to put his own mark on the series, so it's definitely a possibility. I guess it's like anything else, it just depends on how it flows with the story, and if the story is strong enough to support it.

    The only "flashback" I could recall in the entire series was the dream sequence Anakin had that showed Padme dying in childbirth. And really more of a flash forward or force premonition rather than a flashback

    I see flashbacks occurring as Force visions. Those have precedent in the movies, dating back all the way to The Empire Strikes Back.

    What I loved about the force vision in ESB is it doesn't have any visuals or filters to differentiate it from reality. Really didn't pander to the audience and actually left us to interpret what was happening (confused the hell out of me as a kid though). I really would enjoy it if JJ did that again with these alleged force visions in VII.

    We didn't see that one though. I was referring to the one in the cave, which I've always thought was a force vision as well, prompted by the all of the dark side force energy there

    The visions on Dagobah could be much more than we think. Could be a Sith shrine there. Those are canon now, I belive it was reported as existing In the canon novel "Tarkin", and all that dark energy would conceal Yoda well.

    Always been interesting to me why Yoda chose Dagobah anyways.

    The idea of the Dagobah Cave being a Sith shrine has been around since at least Heir to the Empire for the exact reason you gave, the dark energy would disguise Yoda. With those things being canon it shouldn't be too much a stretch to think the cave is one, not sure if they will confirm it in films though

    I had the same copy with the counter on it, but I got it the week that episode III came out. No way are there any copies of TFA out yet. Sooo many scams on the internet.
