    Luke's laser sword, I mean lightsaber in ROTJ was modeled after Obi-Wan's, only green.

    When I first posted the article, he did not mention Obi-Wan at all. I think it's dumb too seeing as Cerulean noted Luke's green saber is almost identical to Obi's ANH lightsaber and why he refers to it as a "laser sword" is beyond me. He sounds like a noob who knows nothing of Star Wars, which is odd seeing as he is the lead guy on the site.

    I always believed Ridley and Isaac would be love interests. Like Leia and Han in the OT.

    I think that would be a little to obvious, they may be close off screen but this is Star Wars and you kind of sense what you feel is right.

    The only way we know Daisy will is because she's signed through three. I also see Luke going till IX, and then becoming a Force ghost. I think JJ knows what true fans would like to see, otherwise he would draw their criticism and lose their love for the sequels, a lot like some don't like the prequels. He can't gamble on a new generation to have the same love for Star Wars as we do. I think he has to cater to the OT fans, or risk losing them.

    Maybe it's just me but I think this latest report favors Matthew Von Cyborg. I believe it was said in a previous report that Von Sydow is supposed to represent what Ridley could become.

    My first thought was that this could be the confrontation that is supposed to make our heroes realize they need Luke's help. But details such as this being Luke's green lightsaber in the concept art could very well make this a climax. I now envision a scene of Ridley doing her best to fight off the vastly more experienced Von Sydow with what little she knows until the Falcon swoops in to rescue her and Isaac (who I will be very surprised if he dies in Episode VII).
