    Snoke looks like he just sat in a jacuzzi for too long. Also, the most successful casino in the world could probably support most of a military depending on how much the csots are, but in the star wars universe, buying ships and whatnot is sort like buying cars, houses, and things like that

    I think that with some of the action happened, until we have it confirmed, some of the action pictures (not counting the literal lego figures) are only there to show action, not an actual set piece necessarily

    Oh, they definitely are. However, the pieces of furniture and the layout of the room serve as a good approximation of how this place will look in the film.

    that would be the ultimate spoiler. It could be a nice twist if its a mission from Luke to Rey, so that she has to learn the Dark side from Snoke. That way she could be one to bring true balance as the first force user to master both sides and not being to much in any direction. properly not how it ends up :p

    I too place absolutely all faith in the content of a movie based on toy packaging.

    Remember this action-packed scene from TFA, where Rey blew up some schmuck before we even found out that she was a woman? Good times.

    Okay, sarcasm aside... Toys often spoil a lot before a movie is released, but the thing is that Lucasfilm aren't stupid in how they handle these sorts of things. They're not going to give Luke's big, awesome return to the battlefield away before the movie comes out. And that's why they have yet to confirm that he has his lightsaber when it's abundantly clear that it's going to be used again at some point in the narrative.

    On another note, please spoiler tag your posts when you're discussing spoilers with someone else.

    I believe that was part of a "leak" that has long since been debunked. As far as I can tell, Act III is being kept completely under wraps for the sole purpose of keeping the "Shocking Truth" that's vaguely been alluded to a complete secret until the movie is released.

    Sorry - my mistake :)

    The reason i brought it up is because like you said yourself - we all expect or at least hope that Luke will triumphantly return to the battlefield or action. But we also expected him to come in a save the day at some point in EP 7 - so i have learned to lower my expectations, i'm trying at least. It's just that with all the material you see from Lucasfilm about TLJ i more and more get the sense that Luke won't go with Rey. Off course this is just speculation. But nevertheless it's the vibe you get from the marketing.

    I wouldn't necessarily say I 'hate' Maz, but there is something about this character that seems off. Hard to put a finger on it. I guess she just isn't convincing enough for me. I really had high hopes for the character in TFA, but she came off as being flat.

    I'd be pretty disappointed if Luke stays on that island.
