The Knights of the Ren on Anch-To?

Let's think about that for a minute. If I recall, production on Skellig Michael was for 3 days in September 2015, then on the Irish Mainland (in place of Skellig Michael) for about 10 days in May 2016.

I have read the average film production gets about 1 minute of footage a day from filming in the finished production. So that's about 13 mins. of footage in the film if they are lucky representing Anch-To

So, there's Reys training which a lot will be in the open air. The battle with this sea monster thing which gets talked about a lot. The follow up scenes where she hands Luke the sabre. Does this leave enough room to fight the KOR?

I will stick my neck out and say they do turn up and get done over by Luke. There is probably time for that to happen!

There's no way Leia is getting killed in this film. It was all set up for Carrie Fisher to play a bigger part in 1X, so no way is she getting killed in this one

Ren will not blow the ship up as he's conflicted. I believe some of the rumours are true in that Ren will defect from Snoke and take Rey with him

It is a mystery who leaves Anch -To and with whom. Looks to me like Chewie and The Porg are in the Falcon by themselves. So, how do Rey and Luke get off Anch-To?

Also looking like Crait is the final battle, with some of the ending of the film taking place on Snokes massive ship above the planet.

    R. Johnson and Disney doing a great job keeping this plot under wraps? Unlike TFA!!

Maybe Rey and Ben leave both of their sides and Leia is put in carbonite freezing indefinitely because of how abdly shes' injured.

I wouldn't say so, but based on the shot of Soke using the Force on her in the trailer, we know that she doesn't get that outfit until after she's taken to the Supremacy.
For the last zoggin' time, they've repeated that Leia's story isn't going to be edited to accommodate for Carrie Fisher's death. She isn't going to be "put on a bus" or whatever.

Knowing what was filmed in Ireland and how it relates to luke saying this and the setting I think it's a safe bet he's speaking to them directly and in real time not a flash back. Its right before he takes out the KOR and kylo is fighting Rey.

When in this film does Finn have time to put on a flight suit?
    FinnFlightJacket.jpg

    His wardrobe appears to go:
    - Bacta tank
    - Poe's old stapled jacket + Linen shirt (no tee)
    - First order uniform
    - First order uniform pants/boots + Linen shirt with black tee?

Doe Finn get pulled out of the Bacta tank and stuck inside the turret of a bomber? Does he get sent to work the hangar? I seem to remember him saying he isn't a pilot!

Why in the heck is he in a flight suit then? And why is he commenting on the director making lousy Chewie noises if he isn't in the same scene with Chewie on bridge?

Does he end up in a flight suit prior to going to the Supremacy?

This costume makes no sense with the plot thus far...

I nver said she was going to be put on a bus, but that she will be hurt to a degree. Doesnt need to account for her death, but maybe that theyw ere leading to that all along

I think this scene takes place after whatever he does on the Supremacy. Note that he has something of a buzz cut.

My guess is that this could actually be one of the last scenes of the movie and a preparation for whatever we see Finn do in Episode IX, much like how The Force Awakens ended with Rey in the costume that she starts The Last Jedi wearing.

This got me thinking - what if the buzz cut is actually a scar from a fight with Phasma?

This would make sense that Chewie would be there with Bowcaster and Finn getting into a gunner suit - a setup for some rescue they need to go perform.

Is this mirroring ESB? Does Kylo take Leia from Crait? That would be an interesting setup for 9, but hard to pull off with no Carrie :(

It does give some interesting context to this image - is this a goodbye or is it a reunion?

No different than Padme's change in every scene. Finn has maybe 4 changes. Not a big deal...oh wait...he is the Big Deal

Do you guys think we’ll actually see the long rumored “funeral scene” for Han in TLJ? In both the teaser and the trailer, there have been no indications of one being in the film.

They might not have time for one in this film. It starts right where things left off and seems like it's non-stop from there.

It was only "rumored" based on some set images of Canto Bight featuring a number of extras clad in black - which was always suspect, as Star Wars extras that can be seen in public are usually known for having black robes over their costumes for the sake of secrecy. So far, nothing has suggested that there will be an actual funeral, and considering that an entire planetary system was killed before Han, it's likely that if the Resistance has time for funeral processions, it would be there instead.

I never really ever bought into the Han funeral rumor so no I don’t think we are going to see it.

There is no evidence of funeral.

Yeah. No funeral...the whole idea of it was a bit stupid anyways. Billions died on other planets but the galaxy mourns Han. Meh.
