    Gentlebeings of the Cantina, here's a thread for discussing the supposed new Boba Fett spin-off series :D

    My first question regarding "Book of Boba Fett" is this... Why does IGN, Movieweb, & al. reporting this as a TV series in the first place? Is there ANYTHING to suggest this will actually be a TV show? I mean, there has been consistent rumors about a Boba Fett show, but "Book of Boba Fett" sure sounds like it's... you know... a book? Thoughts?

    Pretty sure it's a separate spin-off series that will crossover into Mando, and I think its very likely that Din will make an appearance.

    Remember the Mandalorian episodes go by "Chapters." The Book of Boba could imply off-chapters based on our beloved bounty hunter. @Pomojema's news article suggests a 3-4 episode run prior to the Mandalorian Season 3, which is Christmas 2020. This would make some sense and help answer a lot of questions.

    Also that Mid-credits stinger - HOLY COW! I had chills down my spine.

    Other then colour of armour I don’t see much of a difference in the characters between Din Djarn & Boba Fett.

    Din is actually a true Mandalorian.
    So not are Bo Katan nor Booba. They keep removing their helmets all the time. This is not the Way.

    I’m talking about story wise. Both are bounty hunters who are quite skilled, at the start of the series you could’ve painted Din Djarns armor the same color and called the show Boba Fett.

    Whats the plan with Boba Fett ? Have him running around with Fennec shooting entire platoons of Stormtroopers who can’t hit them ? Meh.

    i would say that bo katan is more of a mandalorian.
    Din's situation is just like if a religion splintered off and declared if you take off your hat you are not part of the religion
