    A telling (and optimistic) bit regarding the trailers: "What I’m excited about is that the movie itself feels like those teasers and not like the movie is one thing and the teasers are something else."

    On a different note, I also liked the part about marketing: "It’s not just about what piece you put out for a talk show. This is also about: Well, what does that character say as a toy in that particular line of action figures, as opposed to that one"

    I love the the part where JJ discussed that the number one rule for him and Kasdan is creating a film that delights and asking that question during the making of the movie, is this delightful? Love it.

    What a great interview and I'm more certain than ever that Abrams was the exact right choice. I love the description of his working relationship with Kasden, especially his humility in knowing that Kasden was the "master", so to speak. I am so excited to watch this movie...

    I think it was telling that he described the interaction between Han and Rey thusly:

    "Or seeing the sweetness between Han and Rey"

    Read into that what you will, but for me, it's further proof of a father/daughter relationship.

    As someone who doesn't really care how much screen time Luke has (I'd love it to be substantial), this quote from the interview really makes you wonder if he's really only just at the end and in the flashback...
