    Dash Rendar makes sense if he has the Falcon is holding on to it for Han, and he also watches over Rey from time to time. I think Finn or Rey would be in the co-pilot seat seeing Chewie isn't even there he's with Han.

    "So in this video, among other things Chris Lee mentioned that Greg Grunberg came to visit their booth at a convention and reveled tiny bits about his character in The Force Awakens. According to Lee, Greg claimed that his character in the film “spends a significant amount of time in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon in Episode 7″. He goes on to say that Greg did not specify who he plays but dropped some hints and they figured it out afterwards."

    Am going to be honest, I dislike his acting. I have never met him, he's probably a proper decent guy but as far as his acting am no fan. It does bug me how abrams always seems to cast him, actually its annoying. As far his character? I would love it to be Wedge but, I dunno. Dash, looking over Rey / falcon? I could see it not sure I like it though.

    Kirby this is how bad info gets passed around.

    It's not a rumor his character flies the falcon off Jakku. It's one guys "what if" speculation.

    Also Dash Rendar? Who floated that idea? You or starwars7news?

    I seriously doubt a non-canon character from 1996 console video game will make it into TFA.

    Just stop. You quoted starwarsnews (not starwars7news) as reporting Greg Grunbergs character was rumored to be flying the falcon on Jakku. Then you made the insinuation that THEY were suggesting he was playing Dash Rendar. Neither of which are true.

    I'm not trying to climb up your ass here. I'm just saying the way you posted could easily be misconstrued. That's is how speculation turns into rumor, and rumors turn into bad info that gets passed around all over the web.

    Anyway....

    While I still think Grunberg character is going to be more of a glorified cameo, his presence on the falcon is surprising. I always figured he'd be Wedge type character as a rebel pilot or general.

    But if he spends time on the falcon that points to a different animal. It would be interesting if he is the owner of the falcon at the start of the movie.
