I'm on number four at the moment, but thought I would share what I have "constructed" so far. I still need to buy and install the electronics (light kits and sound boards), but for now you can get the idea.

These are some gorgeous beautys you've constructed. Good luck finding Kaiber crystals, I hear they are in short supply these days. :p
How did you do this exactly? You could make a good business selling these if you were crazy enough to part ways with them. Haha (red)(green)(crossguard)(blue)

Thank you so much! I just think it's really fun to make them. It helps pass the time up here in Alaska!

Sweet! what kind of blades will they take?
    1" OD?
    7/8" OD?
    3/4" OD?

If you want to duel, may i suggest a 1" thick wall blade? I am in the middle of my 2nd saber build, my personal one. I built one before for my nephew. I used a new type of blade called a photon blade. It has a chemical in it that takes blue light and emits a higher luminosity green light. So, while it looks green, the LEDs inside are actually blue. There are 84 LEDs inside the blade. Looks much more uniform than in hilt LEDs, but they take longer to contruct.

Oh nice. If i may recommend, the Custom Saber Shop has a bunch of different 1" thick wall blades. That is where i go to make mine. Sadly, my personal Saber won't be completed till about April....

Just finished another saber construction. Went with a little different design this time. I haven't decided what color led for the blade yet. Anyone have any ideas?
I will post a pic and video when I get the led and sound board installed.
May the force be with you!

    Ever considered a string blade?

Hmmm... Curious as to your battery set up.
tri-cree, and whatever you get, if you don't care for flash on clash, get all 3 the color you want, so you can use all 3 for max brightness.
TCSS has custom ones for 3 of any color. Blue would look cool.

Combination of aircraft aluminum I order online and pvc tubing. I just make sure to be able to have them accept 1" blades.
