    Let's face it, we all have our limits over our Star Wars Fanatism, therefore i just have one question to you....

    Imagine you got tickets for the world preview of Star Wars Episodee VIII, but on the exact same time you could also attend to other things that really matter in your life, What would you DO???

    What would make leave the presentation on the latest Star Wars Movie?

    For me, i apologise already, but nothing it's more important than Sport.

    We used to say that a man may change everything, wife, name, religion, work, even sex, but he never changes his favorite football club. If my favorite football team is playing European Champions League final nothing else matters to me, not only in that day or moment but for a couple of days or even weeks.

    for me it is I would only miss the star wars premiere if I had to undergo surgery, because no surgery could mean death and death=no star wars.

    I'm a golf pro so playing in The Masters or even attending it would trump the Star Wars premier. But that's it... Somebody would have to be dying.

    I enjoy Star Wars movies so much, but they will always be there to watch later. If I had a date with someone special, I would make time for them because dates are few and far between generally. Sorry Star Wars fans, but my life stuff is more important.

    I would still wear SW underwear and a retro SW t-shirt to said lifetime date.. so i would definitely make a memorable impression lol

    i wouldn't dare speak for anyone else on this site and suggest that they might do the same.. but you never know :D

    On the other hand you get a Date and the SW Premier at the same exact time, with only one ticket to the Premier and with out the ability to get other or reschedule the date with the person you really want, what's your honest choice?

    Haha don't worry I wasn't trying to start a silly PC sexist debate, I was just kidding, thought it was sweet :p

    If I've only got one ticket to the premiere then that's a tough choice, I better really like this person if I'm missing Star Wars for him! Heartbroken either way, I went to the premiere in Leicester Square and the audience was incredible.

    In answer to the actual question, the only thing that comes to mind is a family thing that would really make me skip it.

    since the premise is that you've already got tickets, then no, wild horses wouldn't drag me away. i'd never schedule the surgery for the premier to begin with, i'd bring the date along, and i'd make time during the day to at least make a brief appearance at whatever the other function is (birthday, etc.).

    but i have tickets and the movie is scheduled and i respect my own boundaries with that sort of thing and expect others to as well ~ hahaha
