    I love Ahsoka, but c'mon. Her character is terribly boring in Rebels so far. I understand that she is a support character, but that makes me worry that the OT characters will be similarly played in TFA. She is an emotionless empty shell for the most part. Not to mention she's not as hot as I think she should be considering how cute she was in TCW.... for an animated toon, that is ;)

    What do you think? I really want to like her!

    True,her character in Rebels for now is so...wooden.Her character looks forced into Rebels.Hope it's going to change.I think TFA won't have such characters.

    I think they've done well with her character. She's a part of an underground rebellion now, not the powerful Jedi. Her life is like that of the other rebels -- a cautious life where every corner presents the risk of capture, torture, and death. Sure there were the risks being part of the Jedi, but also a huge support system and some authority given by the government to go with it.

    Plus a lot of people she knew and were close to died or at least appeared to in the last war she was in. I'd hardly think she'd be so enthusiastic when joining up in another war, but she would indeed feel it to be her duty to fight for the little people.

    I think it's two, but only if you count her incredibly brief appearance in the season one finale.

    Agreed, I think that she's in a place where everything she's known is gone and she is very subdued, and a different person because of it. I loved the "oh my god" moment when she reached out with the force and realized....who Darth Vader really was.

    Very nice moment now that you mention it. It's weird, because of course we've known Anakin and Vader were the same all along, but for some reason it wasn't until her revelation (though she's unsure of it) that it all seemed to really 'click' together in my mind, and the PT and OT become connected. I loved that moment.

    so you're telling me that you never looked at a Frazetta painting and thought...that barbarian chick is hot? C'mon man! It's all in good fun. I like fantasy women. I thought everyone did. It's not anything serious nor some sort of fetish.

    Wooden is a very apt way to describe Asohka so far in Rebels. I don't expect her to be like she was in TCW. Sure she's been through some stuff, but I am just hoping for more from her, which we will likely see as the season continues.
