I know a lot of people have done these (and better) but I'm sticking my foot in and trying to learn.

I'm trying to learn After Effects and make my childhood self proud in one fell swoop. I made this laser sword duel using color solids and masking them over video of my friend(s) and I. It needs work though and I would appreciate input from anyone who's made one of these before. Particularly with regards to masking techniques.
