    Harrison Ford wanted his character to die for a while, what better way than to have his son kill him!!!
    it makes perfect scene in the Star Wars universe!!!

    What would make a better story-plot?!!?!?!?

    KLR is Hans/Leia's son, and he kills his father. What is more Star Wars than that?
