    I was just thinking about the new lightsaber and how unique it is.
    If you were a being in the Galaxy Far, Far Away and found out you had Force abilities, what kind of lightsaber would you create?

    A single blade? Duel single blades? Double bladed? Something completely new and unique?
    Take the poll and explain your answer! Also tell us what color you would choose.

    I voted double bladed. I've always liked Maul's take on the lightsaber and the two ends, if wielded correctly can be very deadly, also can freak out your opponent because it's so uncommon.

    My color would be half blue, half green.

    The most important question of all time :) I am really digging the new cross hilt so I would roll with that and its color would be blue. Not prequel blue mind you but original trilogy blue there is a big difference.

    Something simple but elegant with a green color, slightly shorter than average length. Something like Yoda's but not an exact copy. Your lightsaber should reflect yourself and your relationship with the force.

    I loved Star Wars and TMNT growing up (couldn't care less about TMNT anymore). Michaelangelo was my favorite, so for me it would be......

    I think that I'd like a shield and a spear. I know that is weird, but, spears were great weapons that often beat out swords because of their reach. And I'd back it up with a normal blade and a dagger or two sai on my ankles.

    Probably impractical, but with guys like maul and greivous out there I would feel naked if I didn't come prepared, jedi or not.

    I'd like to think of myself as an Archilles type of fighter, fast, agile, skilled in strategy, and defeats a foe with the right tool.
    And a thermal detonator for good luck ;).

    (probably a black or purple blade)

    I am curious as to how a spear would work. Would just the spear head be energized or what? Lightspear does sound awesome!
