    I may have gotten my hopes up too much, but does anyone else think of how awesome it would be that Rey and Luke had had a similar relationship and went on a fun adventure similar to that of Henry Jones Jr and Senior? Luke kicking ass, but along the ride as Rey kills it?

    yes, in case of Rey Random I expected at least such a mentor/student bonding. But not even this happened. We had no father/daughter relationship and we had no mentor/student relationship. Instead we got a protagonist/antagonist relalionship between Luke and Rey, for the sake to make this Reylo crap possible. :eek:

    Today we learned Sequel triogy is well though and coordinated work.
    J.J.Abrams actually has made scripts for ep VII,but VIII and IX to!
    This means new Canon books had a reference to follow all the time.
    That means there is "source of the power" beyond charted galaxy,source is referenced .(and it was not Snoke,obviously).

    From Legends of Luke Skywalker..it has to do something with the planet Lew'el..
