Yep. I can pretty much confidently confirm that:

THIS IS THE FINAL UPDATE FOR ACT ONE.

When is it coming? I don't know - in two days, I'd say. It's a rather big update. I considered splitting it into smaller bits, but adding artificial and somewhat pointless "What do you do?" bits wasn't as appealing to me ultimately. When you really get down to it, all that's left to decide is what is to be done with the Vault's contents (what Doop is doing right now) - the rest of the finale is dedicated to closing out the Act proper. Unless they're outright spoilers for future Act II stuff, expect to see all the loose ends and plotlines to be fully closed and otherwise revisited. Even the Mandalorians. You know, for HONOURE™ and all that jazz.

Thus, you will probably find this final update as less of a sudden cliffhanger like a Chapter ending felt like most of the time - and more of a proper, actual, dedicated ending meant to give our characters their respectful bow. I felt that the thread, and all of you fine folks, deserved something more.

DOOP: "This doesn’t make sense. You saw the guard outside? I don’t think they would have had any trouble entering the vault if they knew what it was."
SABER: "Maybe it’s a splinter group of Sith? Maybe the Vault had something of value beyond the material?"
RATCHET: "We need to face the facts here. No treasure. No reason for us to be here in this damp grave."

And with that, this SUBPLOT comes to a REASONABLY SATISFACTORY CONCLUSION. Also, the BUDGET RAN OUT so a DUPLICATE FRAME with an ENTIRELY POINTLESS ATTEMPT to ADD PACING DRAMA was ADDED.

Alas, the time has come to bring this ACT to a CLOSE.
