    This was a very tough call for me. I could go the easy route and vote for @Viral Hide but we all know the effort he puts in and what he does and I am sure he is modest when it comes to this award anyhow. Look, the entire STAFF has added to SWNN and the Cantina growing popularity in unbelievable ways in 2015 and into 2016. I am going to be honest with you all and tell you my choice came down to @Pomojema (for his factor is SWNN) @Darth Lexor Kai (for his kindness and devotion to the entire site) @Rebo (for his tireless effort in reporting and other things) and the one STAFF member I am going to announce below. Again, to me, all of you are making SWNN and the Cantina great but one person has stood out to me. Three major factors in my thought process came into play.

    Core Staff elements
    Social effectiveness skills
    Personal/contextual factors


    This person has gone above and beyond in dealing with multiple difficult situations that arise. They have went out of the way to lend a hand to members who have had difficult times in life situations as well as forum dealings. They lay down the law and play as mediator in tough situations that effect members. They hold no bias when difficult factors are involved in the many dealing here in the forum and has helped me as well as many 1030th's grow and feel respected and accomplished. He had provided me with a goal as to where and what I want to be moving forward with this website (I'll keep that goal to myself but I am inspiring to be more than just a mod)
    This person is involved in all of the MAJOR doing for the entire website SWNN as well as the forums.

    It is with great pleasure that I give my nomination/vote to @Trevor​

    Just an FYI in case you missed it. If Trevor/Viral Hide or Pomojema/Rebo wins, a 2nd poll will go up as a "TIE BREAKER" of sorts. There were not enough spaces in the poll for every staff member.

    Went with the Trevor/Viral Hide combo. If they win, can we just forego the second vote and instead merge their personalities into one magamod. Like the Voltron of Cantina Staff?

    Any way, nothing but respect for all the staff members. Every single one brings a unique viewpoint and great work to the table. Its great that we have such a wide variety of opinions, personalities, and interests at the helm here. But @Viral Hide runs the show and has brought the site to new levels of notoriety and respectability this year. And @Trevor does way more than his fair share of forum moderation. Probably more than the rest of us combined, and for that I am eternally grateful.

    I'll hold my final decision until I have to make one. I'm wishy washy like that.

    Oh geez, I missed this....WOW! Well, I've been kinda hit-and-miss for the last week due to the new job, but that won't last forever, and feel like I've missed MONTHS worth of content here.

    @Trevor . He does a good job...but then again, so do all the staff. Everyone on that list seems like a winner. They all do stuff! But at the end of the day I just have to go with my gut and pick someone. @Trevor seems to be everywhere working on everything. (And he built that helmet stand from scratch in like one day!)

    But the same can be said for the whole list. I wish I had a list this good every time I had to vote...

    There really shouldn't be a contest at all. Most of the time I am on the blog working on the news articles. The news site is my arena. The forum is Trevor's arena. He definitely should win this. :)
