I have, up to this year not engaged out of protest.
I don't agree with our system of government.
I'm fine with the ideology of it, but I fully disagree with how it's been articulated and built as a system on nearly every layer of it.

My analogy is that we're riding in a duct taped model T with ad-hoc MacGyvered parts to keep it running, and every 4 years we argue over who gets to drive because our system says we can fix the car by changing out drivers.

This year, however...well...while I still see it the same, I think this is a rare case where the driver of this piece of s*** car matters.

So yeah...I feel you. When people ask me, they get confused pretty fast because I don't fit into a clean party bucket.

    Cheers,
    Jayson

I feel that this is likely true for most people. And its not a problem with us, its a problem with the two party, "these are really the best 2 people in America we get to choose from??" system.

and if you try add a 3rd party you get criticized even more. It's sad that our system is set up where it is almost impossible for a 3rd party to have an honest chance.
