    So as we all know Karen Gillan, Shaved her head for Guardians of the Galaxy, and her hair was "given to the Star Wars people" in her own words.

    Most People, myself included probably jumped straight to... OMG Mara Jade!!!!
    has there been any hint or reference to how or when her wig would feature in the ST?
    I'm interested in thoughts and opinions.

    I think this is disinfo. Why would KG lie and say she gave the Star Wars people her hair? It seems like a completely random and unnecessary thing to say. IMO this smells of "John Harrison" isn't-Kahn-type denial.

    BTW- I hope her hair does feature and [Mara Jade] does exist.

    Mara Jade is reimagined into a male, Domhnall Gleeson. He will be Luke's adopted son, Marcus Jade.

    Having seen The Last Jedi, I think it's unlikely that Karen Gillan will play Mara Jade. However, she could still make an appearance in Episode IX.
