    Hi all,
I just found a small article that seems to be interesting. Since I don't have the original source material I have to translate and maybe things could get lost in translation, since I only have the german quotes.

    Kasdan:"
-This is my last film in this saga
-I won't do Star Wars again
-I didn't even want to do the new film but my family liked the idea (not sure if he is talking about Han-Solo standalone, E7)
-he is writing since 2 years on a new screenplay "It is not finished yet" (maybe Han Solo, E7 is sure finished)
-I made 4 Star Wars movies, thats more then enough.
-I want to get back into a director seat.

Interview comes from BamS, Springer Group, something like british tabloids. Take it all with a grain of salt.

Wow, I hate to see him leave the franchise, but if he's not inspired to do more it's best to respect that. Any lack of interest could show in future ST works (maybe that was half GL's problem with the PTs. He did a lot more sitting coffee drinking in the creation of the PTs. LK is what made me really optimistic about the STs, it's kind of scary to see him go.

Yep not good but maybe wise to stop before he gets annoyed and he is still in a good age to direct something he always dreamed of.

Better for him to go now, instead of staying and becoming hated like Lucas. I'd have done the same thing.

"Ren" is a colloquial name for "Lawrence" as I discuss here. His legacy is cemented with the Knights of LawRENce. Yep, it's his personal signature in the new trilogy. His stamp. His legacy. The KOR will always be known as his.
