    I'm no fan of the ST, but since it's now canon whether we like it or not I agree with you, these characters could be interesting. I think however instead of getting their own movie maybe these characters could play a large role in a Luke spinoff set a few years before TFA and Ben's fall. Would be interesting to see.

    I'd prefer they appear as potential rivals for Kylo in Episode IX. But if not, or they retcon the Red Guards as the Knights of Ren, then perhaps an 8-episode miniseries on Disney's streaming service. I can't see their story being all that different from the Inquisitor stuff in Rebels.
