In the first few scenes from the movie it's established that Kylo Ren uses the Force in some innovative ways — like stopping Poe's shot in mid-air. (That was BADASS by the way.)

Later in the movie we see that Kylo Ren also have some pretty strong mind-reading Force powers. Stronger than any other Star Wars character before him.

My question is: did he learn these tricks from Luke or from Snoke?

I think he was just born with that special power. I like how some powers are more prevalent in some force users than others. They each have a strength and weakness. Adds a bit of reality in a make-believe world. One of Palp's best powers was his ability to disguise his presence in the company of master Jedis. They had zero clue to his force presence. Either that, or GL just left a gaping hole in the plot.

The way I see the things that forceuser can do have gradually become more and more with every movie and have then been adapted into canon. So it might not only be Kylo Ren who can do that. Maybe it's just more exhausting to use the force to freeze a lasershot than block it with the lightsaber so Jedis usually don't do it and Kylo only wanted to intimidate Poe. Maybe it's a trick Snoke showed him who I assume knows quite a bit about the force. Maybe even more than any other character we have seen so far.

It's HARD to get me shocked or show much emotion, but him stopping the blue laser bold in mid air and not dying or being blasted down the shaft by Chewie's Bowcsster shocked me both times .

Kylo is torn apart by the force and his mind. He is unstable as hell, he is green.

Actually Kylo´s powers are not that uncommon to the Star Wars Universe (Canon) universe that is, if you see Clone Wars, Anakin and Obi Wan on a number of ocasions use the Force Questioning on a number of foes, being Anakin the one who uses it with more fearsness,

I must admit that the Force stoppage of the laser blast was AMAZING, but the other abilities are not a first, Vader on rebels freezes Ezra completely like Kylo did on many occasions in this movie.
The force fainting he did on Rey was extra uber powerful skill who was also a first for me, Kylo is very powerful with the force and i believe that when his training is complete he will be a daunting enemy, in this movie he was a badass different evil character who is still very much in formation, in some scenes with Snoke he reminded me of Assajj Ventress asking Dooku for more guidance and training.
I believe Kylo will become very powerful and defeting him will be a challenge that we will long remember, Rey has no easy task ahead.

Im also super interested in the new lightsaber Kylo is going to build noting that Rey destroyed his before tearing his face up!!!!!!!! :):):)

You've just given me an idea. His actions in the film gave me the impression that he's far better with the Force than with a saber. He's untrained, but has natural Force ability, which would explain why he found it difficult to fight Rey after her awakening. He doesn't have more than some natural genetic ability, being a Skywalker, to use the Force, so his saber skills are only better than a non Force user, and not as good as a trained Force user.

Qui-Gon put Jar Jar to sleep during the submarine ride. It was kind of an accident, but it was the same sort of power. They should have left him on the submarine.

Perhaps the energy manipulation is a specialty of Snoke's style, or it could be a manifestation of Ben's raw power. I tend to think that Kylo's training is sloppy. Snoke doesn't strike me as a Sith; his Dark Side philosophy seems different, and I'm not sure the Knights of Ren are really masters of the Jedi arts. Their skill set seems different than the Jedi and Sith. The crudity of Kylo's lightsaber reinforces this for me, as does his wild combat technique.
