cuz i heard great things about it...and also Emma&Ryan=best chemistry movie couple in cinema hystory....

I dont mind the dancing and singing but the movie features one of the most insuffrable things of all time:

    Ugly....yellow.....dresses!!!

a lot...like...freaking a lot. And Im not talking gold (thats insuffrable too, but a bit less)...Im talking....UGLY....YELLOW...dresses....points down La La....points down.

In all fairness I wrote above ^^^ before Emma wore her yellow dress. Now I kinda want one.

Goon The Last of the Enforcers is a fantastic comedy if you are a hockey fan. If you don't like hockey, it's not the film for you.

Also watched Despicable Me 3. Any time Trey Parker's character isn't on screen felt like filler. No need for minions ever.

I was hanging with my cousins yesterday and we basically just sat around and did nothing. One minute Avatar is on TV, then we went to see the new PotC, then they watched Despicable Me 2, the ending to SpongeBob 2, half of Up, and a chunk of Shrek Forever After. I was just wondering how can they watch so many movies in one day!?

Er, anyway, the only I paid that much attention to was the one we drove out to see/sea (pun unintended) was Dead Men No Tell Tales. I liked it well enough, but keep in mind that I've only seen the 4th one and chunks of the 1st. Some things didn't make sense, like how they dragged a whole bank... with horses? Horsepower, I guess? Eh, I'd give it a 7 or 8 out of 10, probably couldn't sit through it a second time, but was still a fun movie.

    Wind River...wow.
Haunting heavy film. Jeremy Renner is awesome. Gil Birmingham is fantastic. Elisabeth Olsen gives her best turn.
Sheridan might be the best writer in Hollywood right now and a very good first run at directing.

Nothing doing in Lazarusland last night, so I went and caught American Made.
Not the biggest Cruise fan, but Liman tends to be a solid bet and between them they turned out a pretty damned good flick.

Currently watching Grand Prix. What a great film & the racing scenes are absolutely fantastic as it was made in 66. It give a real sense as just how dangerous F1 was back then.

I finally saw Logan Lucky last weekend and loved it. Adam is fantastic in that movie. To be honest, the whole cast is great—they're really what makes the whole film worthwhile.

Last night, I saw IT, and for any of you horror buffs, I would highly recommend it. It's terrifying, but it's fantastic. Unlike most modern horror films, it actually focuses on plot and character development. The cast is amazing, and they have great chemistry. They balanced the whole coming-of-age storyline with all of the terrifying gore and horror of the original story really nicely. If you have the opportunity to see it, I would highly recommend it. It's a 5/5 for me; it definitely lives up to the hype. :)

The last film I watched was Seven Psychopaths. It was a Netflix chill out day... it was ok.

However, myself and a lady friend are on a mission at the moment to find films that will truly shock us and make us cringe. We started with A Serbian Movie (the final scene was a bit shocking albeit predictable), followed by Cannibal Holocaust (the live slaughter of animals was really quite shocking, but apparently they did eat them), followed by Martyrs (the original French film which was ok but not really shocking). Tonight we have Dead Girl, and from what we have read this one may make us cringe.

47 Meters Down - I fell asleep during this one. Do not get the appeal of those who liked it. It was pretty bad.

Transformers The Last Knight - Whomever is giving Michael Bay their money for these movies deserves to sit through these travesty films. What garbage.

That it is though AH was pretty good mainly because he probably New what a mess this film was & just thought let's see how nuts I can go before they ask my to dial it back a bit only no one did so you get him full onfor the whole film which was fun but yes the rest of film is not good the only reason I saw it were friends we're going & it's only £5 at my local cinema so it wasn't to big a expense if I had paid for a main showing which would be somewhere between £12 - £16 then I would have been pretty hacked of at seeing it.
