    I'm surprised this hasn't been made before.

    I've been eating more healthy for a while now but I've been on a yogurt kick lately. I pretty much will eat about any flavor except peach.

    So the last thing I ate was blackberry yogurt.

    So I lost 12 lbs at Disney in August and decided to use that as a kickstart to a diet. I cut out all sweets during the week, only eat desserts during the weekend. I am down another 8 lbs for a total of 20 lbs lost.

    Plus I have to drink like 64+ oz of water a day now due to my Kidney Stone....

    Last thing I ate was a great pot roast my lovely wife made.

    I had a rueben sandwich for dinner.
    I'm doing something similar with my alcohol consumption. I will only have a drink on days that end with a Y.

    But in all honesty, good for you! Sounds like you're making great progress.

    Hummus, where have you been all my life? Tried Hummus for the first time a couple weeks ago and now I am hooked. I am currently eating potato chips with red pepper hummus
