    I think that it is concept art for 7 and this is done with the casted actor already.
    We had info about Sith lightsaber made from a tooth as one of the concepts for KR's lightsaber + this looks like the Kylo Ren in early concept art, with mechanical hand and mechanical like mask.
    So I think that I can bet on that.

    Well, certainly, I am happy for the sharing, as I saw this for the first time and looks great :)
    Now we can imagine better, how would the early concept Kylo lool like in the movie.

    I think the most obvious thing is the cut to the face.
    So either scar or cyborg, but it didn't look bad emough for cyborg.
