I love that whole scene! Yoda is supposed to be irritating at first....But that is a pretty worthless looking lamp.

I agree, I used to laugh at that scene as a kid and it's actually genius of Yoda putting on an act - testing Luke's nerve.

That's very interesting. I've never actually heard that before. Do you remember where you heard/read about this?

Search online for a book called The Secret History of Star Wars. It shouldn't be hard to find. I was on another SW forum with the author a number of years back, and he really did his homework.

Yep to see a great bounty go out like that the expense of his former bounty was a poor choice to let happen. I always love watching this.

According to the Annotated Screenplays, Fett was originally going to fight with Lando during the skiff scenes - not sure whether this was going to be how Boba met his end, but it is kind of implied in the book (in that it says Lucas eventually came up with the alternative of his backpack being caught)...

It was the scene where Luke tells Leia that she's his sister......it was just too clunky, staged, and unbelievable.

Was just about to post that. I may get downvoted for this but that scene is one very rare occasion in the OT that just isn't very well acted (or written/directed) it's as awkward and hammy as anything in AOTC and sticks out a bit

IMO it wasn't as dramatic as Vader's revealing he was Luke's father.

I'm not keen on the comedy scenes with the Ewoks and 3PO as a "god", although Ford does a good job it just seems like forced comedy. It also makes the Ewoks seem a bit too simple when clearly they have a fairly sophisticated society and are able to be very effective fighters.

Welll for me this would be it:

ANH: the Special Editions CGI effects and that nonsense about Greedo shooting first. What you were thinking, George?

ESB: I love everything on this movie, maybe the Dagobah part is a little bit slow but it is alright. And they should have included the whole kissing MF scene (with Leia saying "Okay hotshot") and the other kiss in Cloud City (but it'd have been more cheesy so it's alright).

ROTJ: Jedi Rocks. What were you thinking, George? Lol

+1 for C3-PO and the ewoks. if Luke can levitate Threepio, he certain; could have spooked the little buggers long before they got tied to poles. it was amusing when i was 12, but hasn't aged well ~ hahaha

Ewoks on speeder bikes, Padmé suddenly being bad### out of the blue, and Rey's scene escaping her prison cell on TSKB .

I know! Couldn't he manipulated their minds for starters or untie him and his friends instead to being almost cooked?

Better to have them be afraid of Threepio than the humans...the Ewoks turned out to be great allies...I think he was just following his heart.
I don't mind the Ewok stuff as much as Han not doing anything that cool for the whole movie...

It's no surprise, but in the OT it has to be the Jedi Rocks. To me it feels like the single most out of place moment in the entire Saga. Honestly, I usually skip it.

Jedi Rocks here, too. Greedo shooting first, if that counts, and Ewoks somehow becoming the full-on battle force.
