Not buying it. Don't like how they've given the Lego characters human voices, unlike all the other Lego Star Wars games. Kind of ruins the charm and wit of it for me.

Still not buying it. Saw some gameplay videos and it does deviate from the canon story quite a lot in places. Plus, the characters talk now, which ruins the charm for me.

Bought it recently, having a blast playing it. Seems like a really solid game, a lot of extra dialogue from the actual actors!

So, the season pass DLC content for the game has included quite a few non-TFA, level packs like Poe's Quest for Survival and a slew of additional character packs including the Jedi, Prequel characters, Clone Wars, Rebels, TESB and Freemaker bits... so do we think/does anyone know if there will be any Rogue One DLC or do you reckon they'll hold that off for Lego Episode VIII??

Also, does anyone or did anyone play Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga on xBox? The only achievement I never unlocked was the 'play through a complete level online' - so if anyone fancies hooking up to do that some time then let me know (epic fail)

Wow... I guess I should have done a little more reading up on this game before I finally picked it up.

I've really enjoyed it so far, but once I got to the Starkiller Sabotage level, I started getting game-killing bugs - one of which I don't seem to be able to find a work-around for. Apparently I'm not the only one who's had similar troubles with it.

What a shame too, because it really is a fun little game. But if I can't finish the damned thing, there's no real point in messing with it. So... I guess that's that.

Damn really? My copy has been gathering dust for several months after my daughter got bored and started playing Lego Dimensions... I keep thinking I'll go back and finish it, but hadn't heard about bugs either.

I ended up getting past the bug by restarting the game a few times. Seems like that's done it for a number of people on a number of different bugs on this game.

Keep that in mind if you go back to finish your game. It seems like things get a bit janky the further along in the story mode you get.

For my then-6 year old son it was a huge disappointment. We have it on the Wii U and frustratingly there was no DLC was released for it; we had to pay the same amount for the game yet don't get any of the extras that other console owners got to enjoy - we couldn't even get the exclusive Finn minifigure since the special edition wasn't released on the Wii U. He'd see the downloads advertised to get characters from Rebels, new levels etc, get his hopes up and yet none of it ever came out for his system.

Sure it looked better than the past games, the vehicle controls were much better and was generally fun to play, but the thing my son disliked most about it was the change in the hub area; on Lego Star Wars 3: The Clone Wars the hub was an enormous sandbox; there were two huge spaceships to explore, turrets to control, functioning hangar bays with fighters to fly between the capital ships and even rooms to play with ground vehicles in. I think my son made me play around those areas with him more than any of the actual levels.

Sadly with this one the hub was 5 unconnected and walled-off static locations based upon where you're up to in the game. I think he's only played the game twice because of this yet we practically wore out The Clone Wars and had enjoyed such great fun unlocking more and more of the hub to play in.
