LEGO UCS Millennium Falcon 75192

this thread should be subtitled: "in which @FN-3263827 does stupid things with Legos".

lately my Lego peoples have lived in Ninjago City. Hux rules from the tea room, while Ren and Admiral Raddus eat sushi on the rooftop with Moroff, and the rest of the First Order patrol the levels and keep the canal safe from Rebel scum.

the Rebel scum live in the hanger with Poe's X-wing and the Y-wing and some other random bits and pieces from Takodana and the like.

but today, the First Order is tackling its biggest acquisition in the galaxy (the biggest acquisition there is to be had, actually), for Ren and Hux have captured the Millennium Falcon. unfortunately it's in 7,541 pieces. so it looks like they've got a lot of work to do.

to that end, they have enlisted the help of some random other critters and have captured a number of Rebels to assist with the labor:

and yes, break out your tiny violins, because i had to carry this thing up three flights of stairs, and now i am pooped! XD

 

hahaha ~ i rolled it! it was pretty rough (especially around the tight corners), but slow and steady did the trick. : D

i got this at cost (instead of the heinous markup) because the package was "damaged".
the box is definitely scuffed up, but probably no worse than i'd've made it myself after a while.

 

hahahaha ~ i knew you guys would be excited to see this, @Lock_S_Foils and @The Hero With No Fear.

i'll definitely take some pictures along the way and share the build.
don't forget, though, i'm a total n00b at this, so it's going to be slow-going.
i'm seriously almost terrified to open the box at this point. hahahaha

@Addi Ras, yeah, it's brand new--never been opened, so it should be aces inside.

 

don't order the mon calamari! the regular calamari is delightful! : D

guys, sorta related and not something i've ever heard them talk about on the youtube videos, but : i opened the box, and i know this is a weird thing to observe, but this thing smells amazing! hahahahaha

noooo, i literally only have Kylo Ren's shuttle, Poe's X-wing, the Silencer, a Y-wing, and some little pieces here and there.
from what i've seen on the youtube videos, this is the same size more or less as the old UCS Falcon, and considerably bigger (2x?) than the TFA one.

and Hux is already displeased with this disorder!
box number one, bag number 9 appears to have not made the journey up the stairs. XD

 

that appears to have been the only mishap.
i think one of my Ninjago City bags also busted in the box.
fortunately it's just one, so there's no mixing or anything.

i've only sorted out the bags labeled no. 1 and i already need a drink.

in addition to all this, there's a gazillion little black connectors. oh my. : o O

hahahaha ~ i wish i had that kind of energy! : D

 

he's quite content (and very well fed)! hahahaha

yeah, i honestly don't know what i'm going to do with this thing in the long run.
i literally just want to build it for the sheer fun of doing that.
afterwards, i'll have to find another home for it (pretty much like all my Legos, really ~ hahahaha).

 

love that Scarif diorama! is that blood on the dead guy? extra points if it is! hahahahaha

TFA just finished and now Rogue One is on.
