    Has anyone mooted a Princess Leia spin-off? With Disney looking to produce a film with a strong-female lead (before Frozen 2 is inevitably announced!), is there anyone better? Could be told in flashback form so Carrie Fisher is involved, maybe telling her story to offspring (Daisy Ridley?), and charts her rise as Rebellion hero ending with her receiving the plans for the first Death Star from a team of bedraggled Bothans and heading off on to the Tantive IV. It would be nice to have an extended look at Alderaan before it's smashed to bits too.

    a cartoon princess movie featuring leia on alderaan with Carrie Fisher doing the voice would be neat for the girls... and guys who like cartoon princess movies.
    Maybe the people who did Tangled could do it.

    They did say Carrie Fisher's daughter would be playing her in what I can only assume are flashback scenes... maybe this bodes well for a live action Leia movie.
