    Move over David Bowie! There may be yet ANOTHER alien band in the star wars saga, that's even more alien than you, or at least than you used to be. But thanks for the "let's dance" phrase! It makes for a great thread title and I credit you for it, but I can't promise you any royalties. :D Lol.

    I thought the Max Rebo Band was pretty good! I'm surprised Luke didn't say screw this, drop his jedi robes and force grab that Twilek cutie onto the dance floor! (Love you to Hera!)

    Knowing JJ to be a fellow star wars geek and hard core OT fan, I'd say it's more than likely he will pay homage to to the OT vibe and and have a cool alien band rocking it out in Maz Kanata's.........bar, lounge, pub, wretched hive of scum and villainy or whatever the hell you want to call it, lol. But. What are YOUR thoughts on this? Do you think we will see an alien band in TFA? What species would you like to see bring the Blue milk melodies this time around? Maybe this time around, The Walking Carpets will be in town, to calm Chewie down, should he decide to rip off a limb or two over a "friendly" game of Dejarik. (chewie)

    Actually a David Bowie cameo would be all kinds of awesome.
    (his new short film for the blackstar track is brilliant!)

    An alien band in SW needs to be jazzy/funky so mr. Bowie's new backing band would do nicely as well:

    The look find children's book has this purple guy on a table. Is he playing some game or playing a instrument?
