    I had my first Ludosport session last night. It's basically a type of fitness and martial arts discipline that follows the art of Lightsaber combat.

    I didn't go in with any preconceptions that it would just be re-enacting scenes from the films so was happy when I got there and it started with the basics of lightsaber combat (Form I - shii cho). By the end of the 2 hour session I got to demonstrate what I'd learnt with the master, in a low light with lightsabers aglow! A fantastic feeling.

    I'm going again for sure.
