I just watch Jedi Council (link) in which they discussed the cast photo from Rogue One. Kristian Harloff suggested that the person hidden behind Diego Luna's character might be Lobot. What do we think?

Nice thought, but I just don't see it judging by the images that we have of Lobot.....

@Trevor Perhaps you can see it better now. I think it is the blueish-grey vest and white-cream sleeves and the bald head with the metal strip sticking out behind Diego Luna's head.

As much as I'd love to see more Lobot in the Star Wars universe, I don't think we will (at least not in Rogue One). However, I do see the resemblance in that photo. But I think it would be kind of odd if Lobot was wearing the same outfit he wore at Cloud City in ESB.

I see the resemblance. But I am going to go with: I doubt it as my answer.

I'm pretty sure we are just seeing a rebel, or is it resistance, soldier's helmet behind Luna.

I hope so he's probably still on Cloud city doing his city central computer thing.

My head says that Lobot will probably NOT appear in Rogue One, but my Star Wars heart just gets excited about the idea.

In the new Lando comics, Lobot is given a much larger role. In the latest issue (#2), there is an event that gives him a good reason to fight the Empire. If Rogue One indeed involves the theft of the plans to the Death Star, they might need a person with enhancements like him to steal the plans.
