SPECULATION Loose Ends and Questions for VII to tackle

The Sifo Dias thing was explained in the clone wars cartoon but I can't remember the details

 

I'll give some of my thoughts.

1. The Empire was made up of a bunch of species not just humans. Just look at the Senate in the PT. When Palpatine became Chancellor then deemed himself Emperor, all those species fell under the rule of the Empire. Now the military aspect of the Empire may have been all/mostly humans by the Empire consisted of many species. The cheering at the end of RTOJ was like any oppressed people who live under the rule of a dictator. They were greatful the end of a oppressive ruler was over. There are plenty of people who would be for the Rebellion but afraid to show it because the Emperor ruled by fear.

3. Not sure why Shmi was chosen. But she or her story will not even be addressed in the TFA or any of the ST. The ST will be about moving forward with the Star Wars saga and be tied more to the OT than the PT

 

There were statues of the Jedi who had left the order in the temple, maybe in the archives area. I think they were referred to as "the lost" or something along those lines. I think there was a bigger explanation in the deleted scenes on the DVD for AotC. I want to say there were somewhere between 12 and 20 at the time with Dooku being the most recent. The number didn't seam like a whole lot considering how long the Jedi order had been around.

 

1) If the Empire consists entirely of humans, does that mean all the other species were driven from Coruscant during Palpatine's tenure? And if it does, who was doing all the cheering on Coruscant at the end of Ep VI? Will the ST show a more varied Empire in terms of species? Were there people on Coruscant who hated Palatine as much as the Rebellion but were afraid to show it?

- Well, squidheads don't fit in a Stormtrooper helmet.


2) Did Jedi leave the Order all the time? I mean, did no one question where Dooku was? Was he assumed dead, because no one seemed surprised when he turned up in Ep II? Could that mean other Jedi are still out there because they left the Order before the Order, if you know what I mean...?

- When they leave, they have to give back their saber, membership card and keys to the temple... Thazzit

3) Why was Shmi chosen to bear Anakin? Who was she? What was her background? Was she really just a random choice, or was there a reason she was chosen (by 'someone' or the midi-chlorians)? Will her story become important to the ST?

- Shmi's lover will be revealed in Episode VII.

4) Will someone deliver on Anakin's promise and return to the Outer Rim to free the slaves? Does slavery still exist, or did the Empire outlaw it? Will Luke or Leia even respond to their lineage as grandchildren of a slave?

- Maybe we will see that in a spin off movie

5) Will we find out anything at all about Sifo Dias?

- he was Shmi's lover

 

Who was Shmi shleeping with? Did she have a one-night shtand with a shtranger? Or was it Shifo Dias? Shurely shomeone musht have sheen shomething? Was she kidnapped and 'force-fully' impregnated with an all-mighty Shith sheed? Sho many shecrets... this Shmi is shertainly more than she sheems. Happy Shunday MP!

P.S. Shmi had wonderful facial shymmetry. As a younger woman, she was likely a SILF.

I am sure Shmi is full of loose ends.

It's so clear in TPM, either it's overacting from Pernilla or she is really troubled about something.

 

What if Ani wasn't the only magical seed that she carried? Maybe Plageous had previously experimented with Shmi and a force-made baby, but he wasn't happy with the results. Maybe a low midichlorian count, a lazy eye, being a lefty, whathaveyou. Might Shmi have somehow kept one of these 'lessers' and cared for them still? They'd also be Skywalkers...

 

**I'm sure there is a company badge that needs to be turned in as well. Most likely they have a badge, and it needs to be turned in. Every job I have left that involved a badge of some kind, had me turn it in. Like on the last day I had to turn it in the badge.

We never see a Jedi badge, but surely they have one. Yoda's would be interesting since he's so old. Normally a company badge photo is taken on day 1 at the company and the photo never changes. Unless you lose it. Yoda may have 'accidentally' lost his so he could get a new photo taken. I imagine this was the case.

"Lost, my badge is. A new one, issued, I need. A new photo? Taken will be? Yes? Heh, heh, heh, heh...cough!"

That's what happens when Yoda gets a new badge. He gets a new picture too, so that's why it looks 'older' in the movies even though you never really see it in the movies. You know?

I remember one of my kids making the logical jump that if Anakin was the ultimate good guy turned bad guy turned good guy, that Kitster for some reason HAD to be the bad guy turned good guy turned bad guy.

Logically, it makes..........well, no. It does not make sense. But I'm down. Dude has a mug that screams 'thug' and all.

I'm pretty sure in one of the episodes they mention that he did in fact sleep with Shmi. AOTC I think, during the mush scenes. I haven't watched in a while but I think so.

Ani: Not really, I mean yeah, I do, and everyone watching us via the big screen knows it, but Kitster totally slept with Shmi, who is my mom.

Maybe he has his own spin off movie coming along.
