I just started watching this Netflix series and I really like the show and how they introduced intriguing characters. Anyone into it too?

I watched it when it came out, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Just don't read Netflix "reviews". People get crazy just because they cast things slightly differently.

I think they told the story very up without any pacing problems I saw at all, and led perfectly into a second season that promises to be incredibly fun (if they get a second season). One thing I hope they do not do though, is in the second season, have a cliche love triangle between the mechanic and the two daughters, just because he's the only guy there not part of the family.

I watched 3 episodes and I was impressed with the production. Pratical and digital effects are excellents, all the details are pretty well done. But...I was not impressed by the cast or any character. Even the Robot I didnt like it. Maybe I will give another chance and watch ep. 4.

I've seen the first season twice now. On the whole, I really liked it. It does take the entire season to get to the point where the original series was, with just the Robinsons and a couple side characters. I found "Dr. Smith" to be unnerving but believable as a selfish, sociopathic survivalist. I was impressed by the Robinsons, though I did notice a tired cliche here or there (Gotta put drama somewhere, right?). Don West as a plucky-yet-pragmatic mechanic and ne'er-do-well with a lucky chicken was fairly amusing. The Jupiter ship design is very Millennium Falcon-esqe, making it seem both familiar and interesting. I was ever so slightly disappointed with how they handled the Robot and its relationship to Will, but not enough for it to be detrimental to the show. On the whole though, a mighty fine reboot. :)

Yesterday I finished season 1 and I really enjoyed the show, especially Maureen and Dr. Smith. The effects and storyline were really very well done. Hope they get a 2nd season. :)

    Yep.
Done it two times. In fact, was just this past weekend I set down an' went straight through all ten episodes.
If it weren't for a couple friends at my work, I'd have probably not know about it.
It sure ain't the show I grew up watchin'. An' that's Ok.
