WAGER Luke will not be involved in lightsaber battle at end of movie vs Kylo

    A lot of fans want to see Luke come swooping in at the end of TFA and hand Kylo a lightsaber ass whooping. I just don't see that happening. So let's put a friendly wager on it. So that many can participate in going to keep the minimum bet low

    Minimum bet 50 credits.

    However, I'm confident enough that we will not see Luke fight Kylo at the end of the movie that I'll lay down 300 credits we won't see it happen.

    Let's have some fun with this and don't forget to transfer your credits to Wuher.

    My only thing is that I'm not sure it will be much a duel. Kylo loses. The end. ;)

    It will kind of suck if it's just a 10 seconds job of Luke walking out and lowering his hood to reveal himself. I'd be disappointed if that happens. I'm sure JJ knows that, I hope.

    I think that he will be involved in A lightsaber battle

    I agree, Luke will not be physically involved in the lightsaber duel against Kylo Ren. He will not be physically present on Starkiller Base during the climax.

    In accord with the MSW plot, Luke will not be seen until the very end of the film after the climactic battle.

    Edited for clarity per Darby's post below.
    Had previously stated that he will not "fight a lightsaber duel against Kylo Ren."
    I am asserting that he will not participate in the climax involving Kylo Ren at all, and he will not be physically present on Starkiller Base whatsoever.

    by involved do you mean Luke has to take out his lightsaber and fight, or could he just force push Kylo away form Kylo and the other lightsaber-duel participant? Technically Luke would be involved.
