    Man, I can't wait for that Episode IX issue of Vanity Fair. Imagine a wide shot of Kylo in his new look with the full team Knights of Ren on his sides. Well, I can dream, right? :p

    No way. Kylo's beard is like Rey's leg hair, it just doesn't grow. The force knows what is esthetically pleasing and what isn't, so it decided early on to get rid of their unwanted hair. Starving in the desert/being completely unhinged is one thing, but looking unkept? Nope, the force can't have that.

    Any ideas of what Kylo's costume will look like in IX? I think it will mostly be the same as the one of TLJ, but I would like to see something like this for the Supreme Leader:

    I'd like to see it stay mostly the same with some new...flourishes for the Supreme Leader.
    But what determines this will be where is Kylo mentally at this stage. Is he still wildly unhinged and depraved or is he more settled into his role as Supreme Leader.

    i'd like to see some subtle color: red or gold, but nothing extreme.
    a lot depends on whether he's literally taken the throne or prefers being on his feet and in the action, i think.

    I think Kylo wants to be on his feet and in action, but he can't. People (like Hux?) tell him, that he has to run the FO, but he would rather go out there and hunt the Resistance (mainly Rey) himself.
    This could kick start an interesting plot. => Kylo going on missions (with his KOR) in secret, for example looking for Vader's castle. Okay, I'm getting too much into fanfiction here.

    every time you tip off into Mustafar, it's game over. XD
    but i wonder, really, how much Ren will be attached to grandpa now that he's in this new position.
    there's still quite a bit there about him and Vader that we don't really know.

    all that said, i'm sure there will be much delicious tension between him and Hux and telling each other what they should and shouldn't do.

    I suspect that Kylo's new costume will be more regal-looking (not too crazy, though). I imagine that as a Supreme Leader he takes part in less action, so it is going to look less comfortable than his TLJ outfit. I actually hope I'm wrong, because my idea of it seems kind of boring. :p
