    a few days ago swedish news reported that Max Von Sydow will be playing the "Three-eyed-raven" in Game Of Thrones" season 6, & now international news has picked up on it also.... :)

    As a big Game Of Thrones fan it is nice to see more actors in both franchises, but i think anymore could be a little bit to much...

    Man, I forgot about this; I meant to reply here days ago! I'm really excited to see Sydow as the Three Eyed Raven; it's a character that has a lot of great dialogue in A Dance with Dragons (and hopefully even more in Winds of Winter), and as a big fan of Sydow I think he's perfect for the role. Plus, it's just one more connection between the franchises; we have at least 3 actors form GoT in TFA, plus numerous crew and, in particular, one of the stunt coordinators from the show. Just as long as they don't start killing-off characters left and right, I say bring on the connections! (yoda)

    & who knows? maybe he will become the most memorable character in ep.VII & maybe one of the most important in GoT :)
