    Hats off for being able to change your mind and not being too proud to admit it.
    Maybe this could serve as an example for others to wait, re-evaluate and spare us all the continuing drama about how this is the worst film of all time and we have all been brainwashed by Disney. I'm really burned out on that nonsense.

    Leia is in the space.Apparently dead.
    Her right hand starts to move first.
    Than she opens her eyes, looking, at her righ hand.

    On that hand.
    Its the ring.
    This ring.

    What this ring symbolises..is that what gives her the power that awakens her for not to die.

    It symbolises 2.. 2 interconnected , 2 in strong mysterious bound.

    It could be her and Han Solo's love
    It could be love of her and her brother Luke.
    But it could be strongest mysterious bound that exists in this trilogy, one between Rey and Ben.

    A moment before she felt her son could killed her. But he could not do that..he couldn't pull the triger....love lives.
    And connection between the 2 ,whatever it is.symblised by that ring...it gave her strenght to live on.

    Leia puts her right hand forward, with that ring on it , which drives Liea forward trough Space back to Raddus.


    Leia-Poppins, Superman.....just about every word in it..was wrong.

    @McDiarmid Im glad you liked the movie after the initial shock wore off. It seems to me that you kept an open mind going into the second viewing. Not everyone likes the movie and that is ok. Glad you came around

    I really enjoyed it. Saw it yesterday. Poe is up there as my fave next to Rey. I loved BB 8 in this. He was funny and cute as always. The standout scenes for me were Luke and Leia...Poe and Leia...Poe vs Holdo, Luke and Ben, Luke and Rey...but last and not least... Yoda...

    Omg...dat Yoda scene. Yes!!

    This film is not what many, even majority think it is.

    No way, the Leis's Space walk scene opened my mid. While apparently dead in space her right hand moves first, on that hand is that special "mysterioous bond ring" I noted that strange ring already in TFA. She opens her eyes, carried by the Force, but the reason that gives her strtanght is from from whatever that ring symbolises.
    Than she pushes her right hand in front and moves towards spaceship.

    I said this in another thread but by saying it’s a masterpiece, you are saying it should sit next to Citizen Kane, Lawrence of Arabia, The Godfather.

    It be best right now that we all stick with loved it, liked it, or hated it, as the word masterpiece for a movie sometimes takes years to really digest.

    I can think of countless movies I revisited years later and really changed my mind and I wish fans would do that right now because the hyperbole on both sides is why there is a Civil War going on between the fans.
