A user named Metal Bikini posted this on theforce.net forums. The implications are so spectacular that I actually tend to believe him (note: see Marsphoenix' postings here on The Cantina as well). Any confirmations/refutals?

    - Luke has not turned to the Dark Side. He has been living hermit-style on the Sith homeworld for the past 30 years absorbing the Dark Side of the force to prevent the planet from manifesting into THE galactic superweapon that all of the Sith down through the ages (including Palpatine, whose efforts to establish the Empire comprised the key, final part of this plan) have been working for.

    - The Sith homeworld planet is called 'Tarantula' (pronounced Tar-an-toola).

    - Luke, not Han dies at the end of Episode VII - totally messing with your force-fed expectations - after failing to contain the Dark Side, and the planet Tarantula 'unfurls' itself -- it is the equivalent of a giant space tarantula that, like the Death Star, can travel faster than light speed to anywhere in the galaxy, and instead of exploding planets it DEVOURS them.

And turns individuals and entire populations to the Dark Side.

Luke on a Sith homeworld absorbing darkside energy = cool. A planet named tarantula that travels at light speed = spectactularly dumb.

PS Han will die at the end of 7...mark my words!!

Sounds pretty ridiculous, and we already know the canon name of the Sith homeworld... [Lock]
