Is the voice- over a hint, or nothing more than an accompaniment to the teaser?

True but that would have to depend on how the movies relate to the apearance of the Force Ghosts. Can they apear every time or is it like the EU? I remember in the novel Heir to the Empire that Ben told Luke that he had to continue with his journey to the afterlife and he wouldn't be able to talk to him no more. The EU was scrapped so maybe Luke can still talk to them whenever he likes but if that is not the case, then 30 years is enough for Yoda, Ben and Anakin to have moved to the great beyond leaving Luke to fend for himself and be at a total loss reguarding Kylo Ren.

"My father HAS it..." could just mean that Luke has been in contact with Anakin's force ghost over the years. Might not be the explanation everyone is hoping for but remember... the original Star Wars was the story of the redemption of Anakin Skywalker. Undoing that by having him still alive and maybe even returned to the Dark Side would basically make the entire OT pointless.

He may be even giving a lesson to someone with his speech about The Force...The "My father HAS it..." might be because Anakin warned him about the dark side and what negative impact that it could have...he says, "You have that power too..." and that could be Luke warning that the person he is talking to has the dark side within them, and what we don't hear is he means to say that everyone has the dark side of the force within them and the power is there, but you have to learn how to use it properly, selflessly, and become one with the force.

I mean, if we think about it, Palpatine tells Anakin that the light side is pragmatic and it's better to learn the dark side, so maybe Luke teaches both views and the good and bad sides of both the light side and the dark, so the new order has a more comprehensive viewpoint of the force and they know more, which makes them more powerful than most of The Jedi before Luke...I'm only going based off of what has been stated that The ST is more about the gray area of good vs. evil.

I think that Force Ghosts appear when the will of the force is calling them to you when you most need them, but they are already in the afterlife, which is "the force." That's what "becoming one with the force" means.

I guess we'll have to see how the new canon deals with Force Ghosts to be completly sure. Speaking of wich, yesterday I saw a video about some rumors that Yoda might indeed be in TFA. Much of that is just rumors and spekulation but maybe if it is true then the movie might prove your words to be correct as it would indeed prove that no matter how much time has passed after they died, a Force Ghost could indeed appear if it was needed.

I think that, at some point, someone like Yoda would need to show up, because he is a part of what Star Wars is...IS.
