    Thought I would share my latest arrival and a few of my sabers, this was actually a random purchase because I didn't really own a Sith saber and I wanted one so, here she is....

    I went to Lowes today and spent $85 on parts I found to build my own saber. Wanted to see how cool a saber I can make without using any custom made parts. Going to access my inner MacGyver!

    IMG_1220.JPG IMG_1216.JPG Here is an update on my progress of building a custom light saber solely from parts found at Lowes. The black details on the side are solid steel rods that I was able to cut and bevel the ends and epoxy to the body. I have a few more parts to install but overall I'm happy with it so far!

    Wow – just stumbled into this thread – amazing! Although my youngling owns about 4 lightsabers (Haspro quality), I myself was more into medieval European swords until now. But maybe I’ve to switch focus being a star wars fan since the late 70’s.
