    Covenant is set 10 years after Prometheus, which was set 29 years before Alien. So it happens a full generation before one of the crew members of the Nostromo ends up with a terrible case of indigestion.

    So... you're very confusing, if Alien covenant and Prometheus are set years before ALIEN, how is a prequel not happening? Or are you attempting to be funny?
