A lot of new information was revealed yesterday regarding Disney's upcoming streaming service Disney +. The service will launch this November, and will feature all of the Star Wars films, with the exception of Solo and The Last Jedi (which will be available after their deal expires with Netflix). Also, it was announced that Alan Tudyk will reprise his role as K-2SO in the upcoming series about Cassian Andor, which is already in production. It was confirmed that The Mandalorian will be available on November 12, when the service is officially launched. Read on for more details.

The following information was revealed by Disney during a presentation to investors on Thursday. Disney's Twitter account covered the event through live tweeting. Check out some of the highlights regarding the content.

The old The Clone Wars seasons are listed to be available at launch and the new 12 episodes will be available during the first year on Disney+, while the Cassian Andor series will debut next year.

Also Disney+ will serve as the exclusive streaming home of The Walt Disney Studios’ blockbuster films beginning in 2019 including:

    Captain Marvel
    Avengers: Endgame
    Toy Story 4
    The Lion King
    Maleficent: Mistress of Evil
    Frozen 2
    Star Wars: Episode IX

Disney+ will launch in the U.S. on November 12, 2019, for $6.99 per month. The service will be available on a wide range of mobile and connected devices, including gaming consoles, streaming media players, and smart TVs. Visit DisneyPlus.com to register your email and be kept up to date on the service.
