    The new trailer looks so competent, compelling, dark, gritty and trully epic. Nothing to compare with OW and BOBF. Every shot is astonishing. The casting, worldbuilding, characters, ships... all looks incredible. Maybe this will be the show we were looking for.
    So hyped and so much hope for this.

    I was ready for august 31 but I will have patience for september 21st. I would prefer one episode per week to have time to comment here in the forum every aspect of every episode. But 3 episodes is serious though.

    This is glorious. Even when I am a little bit disappointed we will have to wait for it a little bit more, the trailer was fantastic and I cannot wait to watch this series!

    The eponymously named 'Cantwell Class' Arrestor is a lovely touch - particularly given his recent passing - and I spy a TIE Bomber or something similar too :cool:

    Indeed. For me clearly a TIE Bomber. Love TIE Bombers! :eek:

    Oh, I have the feeling the showrunners are hidding some subtle Jedi Stuff. Something like they did with RO. Some Jedha things, Vader, who knows if Inquisitors, also Tarkin, Krennec, rebel bases in the building (for a sec, the shot of Two Tubes, and WHAT A SHOT!, seemed the first days of Yavin base, but i don't think it is).
    A show, and rebellions, are made of hope XD.

    This show will give us so much to discuss and talk.

    Indeed! I would think it might be more on the subtle side.

    What if we get some Bail Organa and a hologram of a certain hooded character who uses the code Fulcrum?

    Or even a random mention of the Jedi as of something long gone.

    I have the feeling, and I want to think, that in LF thought: "people loved RO. People think RO is the best since OT. Let's give to people hours and hours of RO vibes".

    Will be so interesting to see the growing Empire and first important people of the Rebellion. We also will see space battles, something missing the last years and very important to also set a SW feeling.
    Hope to see something from rebels and be surprised with great and well put cameos.
    Hope to see secret rebel bases and some OT scenarios.
    Can't wait to see Coruscant again and TIE here and there and first prototypes od rebel ships.
    3 seasons. This is exciting.

    Trailer was awesome. Maybe the best trailer of the Disney era. Loved it.

    Of course a great trailer doesn’t make a great show, I’m still concerned they won’t have enough story ( and budget) to make create 10 quality episodes. But this trailer got me really hyped.

    There will actually be "only" two seasons. Tony Gilroy confirmed it himself- the story is told after two seasons.

    Sadly. I've read a couple of articles today.
    Although from the SWNN one I've read interesting things of the show, concerning Andor character, his community, importance of other characters, Empire politics, vision of RO after the show, the loyal cannon.
    What can we do. All sounds so great.
    I think am losing my patience XD

    That trailer was flat out amazing. Probably the most jaw dropping for me than that first TFA trailer.

    I wasn’t particularly excited for this series as I didn’t find Cassian that interesting of a character, but good lord I’m pumped for it now!

    This looks fantastic. Rogue One is arguably the best movie in the franchise and this looks exactly like that.

    I've sworn off DLF post TROS, but one regret I have is missing this...huge fan of both Cassian AND Diego Luna, great actor and wonderful character.

    I also have this headcanon that he and Jyn escaped their deaths...after all, we didn't see them die, did we? That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.:p

    I loved TLJ (as is patently obvious) but Rogue 1 was fabulous, the two best films of the post OT era.

    I don't hate is as much as the haters do, but don't go gaga over it like critics (or the rare fan like yourself) did. It's pretty boring in parts, exciting in others. Even some things I liked about it were problematic; like leaving the next movie without a villain.
