    Agreed. I think that tree is supremely important. How odd is it for a tree of that size to dwell on a mainly water planet with what is possibly only rock islands?

    Maybe it was a normal island that was flooded which is why it's mainly rocks and the ocean just rose higher .

    Did anyone else notice that besides the Tree set and the Casino set, the third set looks as if it could partly be an unfinished set for the inside of the temple? I couldn't help but assume after seeing the tree, have a look...

    That was my first instinct too but then I checked Jedi council images. It's quite different. But I feel like we've seen that pattern somewhere before.

    You're right, the decoration is different. But it remains a floral decoration, and the style of the architecture is pretty Jedi like. We'll see :)

    In AOTC & ROTS as well as the Jedi High Council in TPM ... They weren't exact copies of this set leak but very similar .

    In the wide shots more so it's easier to spot but the thing is that a lot of government - type buildings have "fancy" patterns like these VIII ones such as the senate building in the beginning of ROTS, Padme's penthouse, & things like that .

    Funny you mention that, because I just read a theory on reddit that Ach-to was flooded as a result of an ancient Jedi-Sith battle.

    This discussion reminds me of some stimulating tree-related Legends...
    • A comic - maybe part of the Dark Empire series - had Luke saved by an ancient Jedi-turned-tree Ood Bnar while recruiting force-sensitives in a long forgotten system.

    • A novel - perhaps a Timothy Zahn Heir to the Empire installment - included a special wood-panelling that created a dead-zone that nullified force powers. (If my memory serves me well...)
    • The young reader novel Jedi Under Seige had, according to starwars.wikia, a
    "treelike Jedi [that] was tasked with protecting the academy from potential invaders. She once stopped two Dark Jedi intruders from the Shadow Academy by crashing a dying Massassi tree trunk on them. However, this single feat had drained many months of her energy reserves, and it took a long time to recover from this intervention"​
