Hello everyone! Well, I just made my first comic book purchase at my local comic store in a very, very long time with Darth Vader #1!!

I purchased Star Wars #1 online because I missed out day of release.

I have a question, I can't seem to be able to find where I can buy the GameStop variants, are they in their online store, in store?
Also, where can I get some of the other variant covers? I saw a list of a few that look great.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

    Walter..

Just saw this now. You've probably gotten answers elsewhere by now, but just in case:
The Gamestop variant was probably super rare, and required gamestop card reward points or something to purchase through their website. It's safe to assume you can only get it through the aftermarket at this point, and for quite a bit of $$. Your best bet is ebay.
The other regular variants you can get at most comic shops. They probably get a certain amount of certain variants, depending on how many standard copies of issue #1 the store orders. So a mom n pop shop would probably have less variants than a comic shop chain. You can probably get most of them on ebay or comic shop mail order sites for close to cover, if not cover price. Some of the lower print variants will be more $$.
That's all I've got for now. Hope it helps, and hope you've found some sweet variants.

Also, if you ever have any comic questions, feel free to message me on here. I feel bad that I didn't notice this for 12 days. @Zoomin6

up to 95 variants now? wow... http://jedinews.co.uk/news/news.aspx?newsID=19756

Star wars #1 to get fourth printing. Darth Vader #'s 1 & 2 to get second printing. More variants.
