    Before this spot I considered it to be only one of possibilities, now I'm fairly certain that at the end of the film Jyn and Cassian will kiss and die in a blaze of glory. (epic fail)

    yeah, I stop watching them. I will also stop visiting the forum's/google search ect from 10th December on until I have watched Rogue One in cinema. :rolleyes:

    @JeffG. A total and utter bust. STILL no official confirmation on tickets and we are still thinking it's Monday, November 28, but why won't they just come out and say something? Not many new shots, too much hype for not a lot, and repeated tv spot content that has already appeared several times. I felt a little let down on this one. I am still going to see the film opening night regardless.

    I am feeling the exact same. I am still really jazzed for the movie but I was really disappointed we didn't get an official timeline on the preorder tickets. I want the first available for just me and the immediately family and then about 2 dozen for Christmas Day in accordance with a family and friends tradition we have had since I got back from being in the Army.

    I just hope Monday brings us tickets and happiness so we can put this marketing ploy behind us. The marketing has been a major letdown compared to TFA this year minus a few amazing trailers and tv spots.

    The marketing feels like a letdown because they seem to be doing what most "normal" movies have and TFA was the movie that would make or break the new post-disney star wars
    .

    Yeah, they REALLY needed a win with TFA, so I think they really hyped up the marketing. R1 seems subdued in it's marketing but I think it might have to do with the "tone" of the film being "darker". Personally, I think R1 will be a better film than TFA and will make more money!!!!:D
