NTSC to PAL Conversion - Duration?

    Currently in Australia, us Power Rangers fans are getting the short-straw when it comes to our DVD releases of the older seasons and thought "Why can't we get those alot sooner like America?" which made me wonder, how long would it take to convert episodes from NTSC to PAL?

    The files themselves don't take long to render ( probably a few hours each at most ). The bottleneck is probably in manufacturing and distribution (and perhaps even quality control). It is still unreasonable however, the priority for PAL is probably lower than it should be.
